  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Support business users with data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives.
  • Automate reporting processes where possible.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
  • Experience with microsoft SQL, SSIS and SSAS
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
