Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of content projects across social media platforms, websites, campaigns, and other brand communication channels.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and relevant topics to support content and campaign development.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely execution while maintaining consistency with the brand voice and objectives.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams to ensure smooth content production and project delivery.
  • Optimize content performance based on platform algorithms and social media best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed schedules.
  • Provide regular updates and basic reporting on content and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing; experience handling projects or campaigns is preferred.
  • Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
  • Strong project coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Understanding of content planning, content calendar management, and social media trends.
  • Familiar with social media algorithms and basic SEO principles.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
