Job Description
- Lead and scale Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform, Ansible, and related tools
- Optimise SDLC pipelines to ensure reliable, frequent releases with canary, blue-green, and rollback strategies
- Design, own, and continuously improve monitoring, alerting, and log management systems
- Ensure logs are actionable and support fast incident resolution by on-call engineers
- Drive cloud cost optimisation through architecture review and efficient resource selection
- Maintain high availability by ensuring technical and knowledge redundancy across systems and teams
- Work closely with InfoSec to prioritise and remediate critical CVEs at infrastructure and container levels
- Actively participate in and improve a 24/7 on-call rotation with clear operational runbooks
- Mentor engineers and remove process inefficiencies while promoting DevOps best practices
The Successful Applicant
- 8-10+ years of experience inDevOps,SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles
- Strong hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Huawei Cloud)
- Advanced proficiency in Python, Bash, Terraform, and Ansible
- Solid understanding of networking, security fundamentals, and encryption/certificate management
- Proven experience supporting high-traffic systems and zero-downtime migrations
- Comfortable working on-site (WFO) at Jakarta Selatan
