Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain Network Management System (NMS) performance and network backup availability
• Troubleshoot and resolve NMS/network monitoring issues
• Collect and analyze network performance data for operational reporting
• Support network security implementation and audit requirements based on ISO 27001 standards
• Monitor vendor/third-party SLA performance compliance
• Manage operational connectivity information systems and ensure data availability
• Execute daily operational (BAU) activities and maintain proper documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and anti-bribery management systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
• Having 1–3 years of experience in network operations, network monitoring, or NMS administration
• Understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching) and network operation frameworks
• Familiar with Network Management Systems (NMS) and network performance monitoring
• Able to analyze network performance logs and QoS parameters
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and operational mindset
• Good teamwork, communication, and coordination skills
• Good English proficiency, especially for technical documentation and reporting
