Responsibilities
Assess organizational training and development needs through surveys and interview
Design and deliver effective learning programs such as technical training, leadership development, and soft skills training for Blue Collar team
Facilitate in-person and virtual learning sessions.
Evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
Monitor industry trends and bring innovative learning strategies into the organization.
Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements
Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field
Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in L&D, HR, or organizational development
Proven experience designing and implementing corporate training programs
Skills & Competencies
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Data-driven mindset with experience evaluating learning impact.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable working with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
Experience with google workspace such as Gshet, Gslide, Gdocs, etc.
