Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS applications and related systems.
Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Drive technical architecture decisions and establish development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Ensure system reliability, performance, security, and scalability.
Manage project delivery, resource allocation, and technical priorities to ensure timely execution.
Lead system integration initiatives with internal and external platforms through APIs and other integration methods.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation, digitalization, and technology innovation.
Monitor production systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive continuous improvements to system performance and user experience.
Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or team lead role.
Strong proficiency in full-stack software development, knowledge in backend such as Golang, PHP, and Python, and Frontend such as Node.js and React.js
Strong understanding of software architecture, RESTful APIs, databases, system integration, and modern development practices.
Experience working with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
Understanding of end-to-end HR business processes, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, performance management, learning and development, etc.
Experience developing, implementing, or supporting HRIS, ATS, payroll, or other HR technology solutions is highly preferred.
Ability to balance hands-on technical responsibilities with team management and strategic planning.
