Job Description


  • Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS applications and related systems.
  • Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive technical architecture decisions and establish development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
  • Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Ensure system reliability, performance, security, and scalability.
  • Manage project delivery, resource allocation, and technical priorities to ensure timely execution.
  • Lead system integration initiatives with internal and external platforms through APIs and other integration methods.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation, digitalization, and technology innovation.
  • Monitor production systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive continuous improvements to system performance and user experience.


Requirement


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or team lead role.
  • Strong proficiency in full-stack software development, knowledge in backend such as Golang, PHP, and Python, and Frontend such as Node.js and React.js
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, RESTful APIs, databases, system integration, and modern development practices.
  • Experience working with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
  • Understanding of end-to-end HR business processes, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, performance management, learning and development, etc.
  • Experience developing, implementing, or supporting HRIS, ATS, payroll, or other HR technology solutions is highly preferred.
  • Ability to balance hands-on technical responsibilities with team management and strategic planning.
