What you will be doing:
- Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
- Receives guest messages and deliver the same to the guest.
- Logs all wake-up call requests and performs wake-up call services.
- Provides information about hotel services to guests.
- Must be polite and courteous while answering the phone.
- Handle every query in a polite and courteous manner and exceed guest expectations Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
