Description
As a CFO, your main responsibilities will include:Providing strategic financial leadership and direction.Overseeing all financial and accounting functions including budgeting, asset management, and payroll.Ensuring financial compliance with regulatory bodies.Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.Working closely with the CEO and board members on strategic planning.Managing financial risk and overseeing financial audits.Providing insightful financial data to assist in decision-making.Leading and mentoring the finance team.
Profile
A successful CFO should have:A strong academic background in finance, accounting, or a related field.Professional financial certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent.Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, experience within Consumer related business is a must.Excellent strategic planning and financial analysis skills.Strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation.Outstanding leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
