Core Responsibilities
- Partner with clients-from global corporates to startups-on talent needs and business challenges.
- Source top candidates via creative sourcing, market mapping, LinkedIn, referrals, and events.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess motivation, skills, and cultural fit.
- Advise clients and candidates through the full hiring cycle, from shortlisting to offer negotiation and placement.
- Build trusted relationships that drive repeat business.
- Track market trends in your sector and offer insights, not just job listings.
