My Financial Services client are looking for
2 x Infrastructure Project Managers to support and coordinate a range of
technology operations (TechOps) initiatives. This role will focus on driving internal infrastructure-related projects, ensuring alignment across multiple technical teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage technical projects across infrastructure and application teams within TechOps
- Drive delivery of internal initiatives such as tool migrations, monitoring platforms, and automation (including AI-driven operations)
- Oversee end-of-life (EOL) remediation activities, ensuring teams meet deadlines and mitigate risk
- Support BAU project coordination, including budget tracking, resource alignment, and progress monitoring
- Work closely with regional and global teams to implement tools and solutions from headquarters into local environments
- Ensure effective risk management, issue tracking, and governance across multiple parallel workstreams
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, design thinking, and structured project delivery frameworks
Requirements
- 5+ years project management or project coordination experience
- Good spoken and written English and Mandarin capabilities
- Investment bank or banking experience mandatory
