Job Description
- Lead apparel allocation across development and production, optimising supplier capacity to balance speed, quality, cost, and availability.
- Translate category and business unit demand into short-, mid-, and long-term allocation and capacity plans.
- Partner with global and regional stakeholders to align sourcing execution with broader product and supply strategies.
- Monitor delivery performance and capacity utilisation, proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation actions.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to planning and product teams, clearly communicating trade-offs and allocation scenarios.
- Leverage analytic to identify bottlenecks, performance gaps, and optimisation opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement and lead cross-functional initiatives to strengthen planning governance and execution.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing, supply planning, allocation, or supply chain operations within a multinational organisation
- Proven exposure to global apparel manufacturing and supplier capacity management
- Strong analytical capability with experience using data to influence decision-making at senior levels
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed environments
- Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
