Job Description

We are looking for an energetic professional with firm commitment to excellence to fill the post of Customer Service Assistant (Call Centre / Hotline).

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor systems in the Control Room, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems (fire, intruder, burglar, etc.).
  • Respond to incoming calls and assist customers with their questions, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and refer them to the responsible business units and/or teams to ensure smooth internal operations.
  • Take charge during emergency situations and ensure proper reporting and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and generate reports as required; promptly identify and report any faults or issues to supervisors.
  • Provide administrative support in the Call Centre and perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Monitor the performance and discipline of the control room team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

Requirements

  • Diploma / DSC or above in any discipline.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in hotline/call centre/customer service fields; candidates with 3 years of supervisory experience will be considered an advantage.
  • Responsible, communicative, people-oriented, a team player, and able to work under pressure.
  • Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Familiar with computer operations, good PC skills, and proficient typing skills in both Chinese (倉頡/速成) and English.
  • Possess a valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP) & QAS is preferred; knowledge of CCTV, access control systems, and relevant laws is an advantage.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Willing to work on shift duty, with night shift allowances provided.
