Key Responsibilities Product Development & Delivery

Translate product requirements into detailed, actionable Jira tickets and managing backlogs.
Test and validate features to ensure quality and alignment with specifications before release.
Work with engineering teams to design, implement and iterate on AI-powered features.
Coordinate product releases across web and mobile platforms and maintain product documentation.
Monitor product metrics to identify optimization opportunities and measure feature impact.

Stakeholder Management

Work with sales and curriculum teams to gather user requirements, prioritize feature requests, and manage expectations.
Support demo creation for exhibitions and sales presentations.
Communicate product updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Product Discovery & Optimization

Qualifications Must Have

3+ years of product management experience, ideally in EdTech, mobile apps, or consumer-facing digital products.
Strong execution skills with experience using Jira or similar tools to manage tickets and coordinate releases.
Analytical mindset with familiarity with product analytics tools.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with engineering, design, and stakeholder teams.
Ownership mentality - proactively identify problems, propose solutions, and drive initiatives forward without waiting for instructions.
Understanding of agile product development and software development lifecycle.

Nice To Have

Experience with AI-powered products or integrating AI features into digital platforms.
Background in educational technology.
Familiarity with Chinese language education and curriculum models.
Startup experience with comfort navigating ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.
Practical coding skills to prototype features, design effective AI prompts, and integrate AI capabilities into products.
