How You Succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to be meticulous, organized, and have a keen eye for detail. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll processing, resolve any discrepancies, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Your ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and provide excellent customer service will be essential to your success.
What You Do
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing including monthly payroll, new hire payroll, final payments, OT , leave, MPF administration and taxation
- Assist in expatriate administration
- Update and maintain staff record in HRIS/ Payroll system
- Support implementation and enhancement of HRIS / Payroll system
- Support HR administration as assigned
- Participate in other HR projects and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines, preferably in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience in Human Resources field, with hands-on experience in Payroll Operation
- Proficient in Human Resources Information System (e.g. Workday, MRC etc) is preferred
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details and high degree of accuracy
- A good team player, proactive and able to work independently in a fast pace environment
- Strong sense of responsibility and strive for continuous improvement
- Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel
