We are seeking a Workplace Experience & Solution Lead to transform corporate administration through workplace technology, digitalisation, and smart solutions.
The role leads service innovation and technology-enabled transformation across multiple locations, with a focus on efficiency, service quality, and employee experience.
The applicant must possess:
- a recognised degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
- at least 10 years of relevant experience in workplace technology, corporate administration, or related functions in a sizeable organisation;
- substantial experience in workplace technology, automation, smart office solutions, digital workplace platforms, or employee experience transformation;
- demonstrated ability to drive innovation, lead change initiatives, and deliver measurable business improvements;
- sound knowledge of corporate administration and workplace management, including facilities, vendor and contractor management, leasing, insurance, repair and maintenance, and service governance;
- track records on knowledge management, including documentation standards, standard operating procedures, service repositories, and knowledge-sharing frameworks, would be an advantage;
- excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior management and influence stakeholders across functions;
- possession of ITIL Foundation certification would be an advantage;
- excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Duties include:
- to lead the corporate administration function, delivering measurable improvements in operational efficiency, cost optimisation, service quality, and employee experience across all locations;
- to define, track, and report key performance indicators on utilisation, service performance, turnaround time, cost efficiency, and user satisfaction, using analytics to drive decisions and improvement;
- to work with IT and business units to deploy, integrate, and optimise workplace technologies in line with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, and business needs;
- to oversee and enhance the physical and digital employee experience, including workplace services and technologies such as meeting rooms, parking, visitor management, access control, unified communications, digital signage, intranet, IoT, and sensor-enabled solutions;
- to lead vendor strategy, contract and contractor management, performance monitoring, and workplace projects, including office renovations, relocations, and smart workplace enhancements, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline;
- to establish and enhance knowledge management practices, including service documentation, standard operating procedures, knowledge repositories, intranet content, and knowledge-sharing mechanisms, to support consistency, continuity, communication, and improvement;
- to act as a change leader and key advisor to senior management on trends, innovations, best practices, and strategic opportunities in corporate administration, workplace technology, and employee experience;
- to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
