Job Description

Job Responsibilities Included (but not limited to)

  • Oversee and perform full spectrum of Human Resources services not limited to recruitment, payroll, performance management, insurance and visa application etc.
  • Coordinate and arrange lesson-covering schedules for teaching staff.
  • Review, maintain and optimize the HR database and systems.
  • Update and propose enhancements to HR policies to ensure strict alignment with EDB guidelines and the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance;
  • Provide language-related support, including drafting professional internal circulars and announcements in English;
  • Perform other duties assigned by the school or the supervisor(s).

Required Qualifications And Personal Attributes

  • Possess Bachelor Degree of above in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline;
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and visa application process;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Possess relevant working and leadership experience is preferred , having experience in a school office is an added advantage;
  • Possess high level of organizational, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Possess the ability to work independently under tight schedules.
