Summary

Inspect guest rooms and public areas after being cleaned by Housekeepers to ensure quality standards.
Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update the status of departing guest rooms.
Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities.
Willing to work PM shift (1:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.), including weekends, public holidays, and rostered shifts as required.

Qualifications

Diploma or above in Hospitality Management will be an advantage.
At least 2 years' working experience at supervisory level in the Housekeeping Department.
Sound knowledge of the use of various cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to perform administrative tasks and proficient in MS Office applications.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Hard-working, responsible, and willing to take initiative.
Able to work shifts.
