Job Description
As a Project Manager - IT, your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead full project lifecycle delivery, from initiation through to implementation and rollout
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into effective IT solutions
- Partner with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure timely project execution
- Facilitate solution design, documentation, and implementation across multiple stakeholders
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including issue analysis and resolution tracking
- Engage senior stakeholders, regulators, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Project Manager - IT Should Have
- A detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure.Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management and business analysis within banking/financial services
- Mandatory experience in wealth management, capital/fund management, or financial risk/risk management projects
- Proven track record in delivering digital transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
