Position Purpose
The Project Manager II serves as the primary leader responsible for the end-to-end delivery of advanced projects. This role plans, develops, executes, monitors, and successfully delivers projects while maintaining full accountability for scope, budget, schedule, resources, and team performance.
Throughout the life of the project, this role leads iterative planning and execution, ensuring effective resource allocation, cost management, and scope control while maintaining clear visibility into risks and dependencies. The Project Manager II proactively identifies challenges and drives structured problem-solving and course correction within defined project constraints.
Through disciplined project leadership and cross-functional coordination, the Project Manager II ensures projects are delivered efficiently, meet organizational objectives, and generate strong outcomes for both the client and the business.

Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of Project management or relevant industry experience in entertainment, live events, construction management, or other relevant field. OR Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Technical Theater, or Live Event related field, plus 4+ years experience in Entertainment or Project Management.
- Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Project scheduling (e.g. MS Project, Asana)
- Budget management and analysis (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (e.g. Epicor, SAP)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Content Management System (e.g. Box, SharePoint, Google Drive)
- Familiarity with manufacturing or fabrication processes and principles
- Ability to be in office Monday - Friday, with travel to job sites up to 30%
Preferred Experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
