This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain legal and contract templates and manage document repositories and precedents under the supervision of lawyers

  • Support the adoption and implementation of legal technology solutions, and assist in the management of legal knowledge and research tools

  • Deliver general legal and administrative support to enhance workflow efficiency and strengthen document management and control

  • Provide support for legal review, transaction processing and execution coordination for routine matters



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related discipline. Candidates with legal studies, information management, information technology or related backgrounds will be an advantage.

  • Minimum 3 years of paralegal or legal operations support experience in an in-house, law firm or consultancy environment

  • Technology-savvy, with experience / interest in leveraging digital tools to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, detail-minded, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English, proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
