About The Company

Our client is a premium, consumer-facing organisation operating within a luxury hospitality and lifestyle environment in Hong Kong. The business is well-established, financially stable, and continues to expand its member-focused services, supported by a strong local IT function.

About The Role

This is a dedicated L1 Application Support position supporting a single business unit within a high-end hospitality setting. The role is a standalone contributor, responsible for day-to-day application support and light general IT matters, while collaborating closely with a centralised local IT team for coordination and escalation. The role is fully onsite and highly visible to business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1 application support for core business systems, including club or membership management systems, digital membership card platforms, financial systems, and HR information systems
  • Perform first-line troubleshooting, incident resolution, and user support
  • Liaise directly with business users to understand issues and requirements
  • Coordinate with the central IT team for escalations and system-related changes
  • Support basic general IT matters when required (hardware, access, user issues)
  • Maintain clear documentation and follow operational support procedures

Requirements

Must-Have

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in application or IT support roles
  • Proven ability to work independently as a sole contributor
  • Hands-on experience supporting business applications or enterprise systems
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and environments
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable working directly with non-technical business users

Good To Have

  • Experience supporting finance, membership, or HR systems
  • Exposure to hospitality, lifestyle, or customer-facing business environments
  • Experience working in a small IT team or standalone support role
