Focuses on improving business operations, enhancing efficiency, and supporting application development, particularly within pension (MPF/ORSO) and eMPF environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements to support system development initiatives
- Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare detailed documentation including business cases, process flows, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams to implement solutions
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for development teams
- Support testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of applications
- Recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in MPF/ORSO industries
- Familiarity with pension operations and eMPF systems
- Knowledge of eMPF payment systems is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
