Job Description
Actively participate in corporate strategic planning, major business decisions, and key operational activities, while fulfilling oversight responsibilities on significant matters to support sustainable, high-quality growth.
Lead the overall finance function under a value-driven financial management framework, including budgeting and performance analysis, capital management, treasury control, financial risk management, taxation, accounting, and compliance, enhancing financial value creation capabilities.
Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Fulfill dual reporting responsibilities of the Head of Finance role, providing transparent and accurate reporting on financial performance and business outcomes, enabling effective financial governance.
Lead finance team development and organizational planning, strengthening capabilities and performance of the finance function.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance and Accounting or related disciplines, with professional qualifications such as CPA, CIA, CFA.
10 - 15 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax policies, and accounting standards, with familiarity in ERP systems and financial tools.
Proven experience in financial management and business performance analysis, with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
High integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and alignment with corporate values; demonstrates professionalism, compliance, and ethical standards.
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (spoken and written).
