Job Description
Job Responsibilities:-
- Oversee the operation of Procurement Office (for purchasing goods) and Store Unit to ensure that policies and procedures are compiled with in a professional manner;
- Proactively liaise and coordinate with users and stakeholders to identify business requirements and company growth needs;
- Conduct pricing and market analysis, formulate sourcing and procurement strategies to protect the best interests of the Company;
- Suppliers' management including but not limited to supplier maintenance and performance evaluation;
- Store management including but not limited to daily store operation, stocktaking and warehouse operations; and
- Other duties as directed by the Company.
Job Requirements:-
- Degree holder or above;
- At least 5 years relevant experience in sizable companies;
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good team player and ability to work under pressure;
- Knowledge or experience in SAP system preferred;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; and
- Good command of Chinese and English.
