The Project
A large-scale infrastructure programme involving complex civil, structural, and MEP works across multiple sites. The scope includes new town development, advanced technology facilities, and integrated transport systems, with emphasis on systems coordination, asset renewal, and long-term operational resilience.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Accountable for risk management performance across assigned commissions.
- Design and implement effective risk frameworks aligned to client objectives.
- Lead and advise clients, consultants and teams on all risk matters.
- Facilitate risk workshops, quantitative risk analysis and contingency reporting.
- Ensure risk mitigation actions, ownership, monitoring and integrated project controls.
- Mentor teams, assure compliance, and support net zero and responsible delivery.
You’ll Need To Have
- Minimum 5-7 years experience or equivalent delivering a range of project risk management services on major construction projects.
- Extensive risk leadership experience on complex, major construction projects.
- Proven delivery of effective risk frameworks, quantitative analysis and contingency management.
- Degree qualified, with chartered membership of a recognized project or risk professional body.
- Advanced use of industry risk tools, data analytics and clear stakeholder communication.
- Experience of working client side as well as consultancy.
