As the Sales Manager, you will lead commercial success and drive growth for our advanced digital solutions. You will be responsible for promoting DWSS, BIM integration, and asset management tools to top-tier construction and facility management clients, while gradually exploring broader market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and facility management sectors.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and manage complex deals.
- Product Expertise: Understand the digital solutions (BIM integration, asset management, inspection tools) and effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Market Development: Assist in driving sales growth and exploring potential business opportunities in regional markets, including Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand.
Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, construction tech, PropTech, or facility management.
- Familiarity with construction workflows, CAFM systems, or digital transformation in engineering.
- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and complex enterprise deals.
- Education: Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Language: English proficiency is required. Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus for the Hong Kong market and regional collaboration.
- Regional Exposure (Plus): Experience or professional networks in APAC is an advantage.
