Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Support the new employment procedures for new employees, including Orientation and onboarding formalities
  • Assist in coordinating and organizing internal employee activities, including birthday parties, recognition programs, team-building activities and wellness programs
  • Assist in coordinating CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities
  • Prepare team member newsletters
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information
  • Prepare monthly training reports and update training records
  • Administrative support to the Learning & Development Team

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources/Hotel Management or related disciplines
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Strong communication in Cantonese and English
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
