數據中心值班工程師 (電工 A牌/ B牌/ H牌 )

職責：

  • 負責管理機電系統的巡查、例行檢查、維修及保養
  • 處理緊急情況、安排人手、提交事故報告
  • 督導技術員、確保維修工作的安全和質量、進行驗收
  • 管理、組織和指揮大型維修工作

要求：

  • 中五或以上學歷程度，持有相關機電/屋宇裝備工程文憑更佳
  • 必需持有註冊電業工程人員A、B或H牌
  • 5年屋宇裝備/設施管理行業經驗
  • 曾於數據中心、酒店、醫院、實驗室、甲級寫字樓、銀行任維修工作更佳
  • 需7x 24輪班工作

Job Responsibilities

  • M&E facilitiespatrolling, regular inspection, repairs and maintenance
  • Emergency situationhandling, manpower arrangement, submit incident reports
  • Supervision oftechnicians, ensure maintenance work’s safety and quality, handover inspections
  • Manage, organize andcommand large scale maintenance activities

Job Requirements

  • Form 5 or above,Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Building Services Engineering ishighly preferred.
  • Holder of RegisteredElectrical Worker license A,B or H
  • 5 years’ experience inBuilding Services/ Facilities Management industry
  • Maintenance experiencein data centre, hotel, hospital, laboratory, class-A commercial buildings orbanks is preferred
  • 7 x 24 Shift Duty isrequired
