Client Details
An established international law firm is seeking a Legal Secretary to support its Litigation team. The role involves managing court-related documentation.

Description

• Provide full spectrum secretarial and administrative support to litigation lawyers
• Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, including court filings, pleadings, and correspondence
• Coordinate calendars, court deadlines, hearings, and meetings
• Assist with time recording, billing processes, and document management
• Arrange meetings, travel, and expense claims as required
• Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to support smooth team operations

Profile

• At least 3 years of legal secretarial experience within a law firm
• Strong communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach
• Highly detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of court procedures and legal documentation is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent command of English is required. Chinese typing skills are required to prepare, format, and manage Chinese-language legal documents, correspondence, and court-related materials
• Proactive team player with a positive attitude
