Responsible for the delivery and implementation of securities systems for Hong Kong brokerage clients, including installation, configuration, testing and go-live support
Provide technical support related to the Hong Kong securities market, including technical integration with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX)
Gain an in-depth understanding of the securities system's fundamental framework and assist clients in completing system go-live
Maintain efficient communication with clients and internal teams (technical, product, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution
Troubleshoot issues encountered during project implementation, manage project risks and improve client satisfaction
Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree holder or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Financial Engineering or related fields
Minimum 3 years’ of project management experience, with work experience in Hong Kong brokerage firms or related to securities systems preferred
Holder of PMP certification is an advantage
Familiarity with the foundational framework of securities systems, system go-live processes, and a good understanding of the Hong Kong securities market and HKEX connectivity
Good communication skill, capable of seamless communication with clients and teams
Strong organizational, problem-solving and stress management skills
Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
