What This Job Involves
We are seeking a skilled and experienced BMS Operator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the BMS to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of the building's facilities
- Operate and monitor the BMS to ensure smooth running of building facilities
- Respond promptly to alarms and notifications, taking appropriate action to resolve issues
- Perform regular checks on systems components, identifying and reporting any faults or malfunctions
- Liaise with relevant teams to coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of system performance and maintenance activities
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills
Required
- Previous experience as a BMS Operator or in a similar role
- Good understanding of BMS and related technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of computers and relevant software
