Role Mission
- You will contribute to the development and delivery of innovative interior design solutions for corporate office projects.
- This role involves supporting the design team from concept development through construction and installation, ensuring successful implementation of design visions while meeting client expectations, timelines, and quality standards.
Role Summary
- You will play a key part in creating design concepts, preparing technical drawings, and coordinating project deliverables for corporate office projects.
- The position requires corporate office project experience, proficiency in design software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- You will work closely with the design team, clients, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery in a collaborative, work-life balance-focused environment.
Job Description
- Assist with the creation of design concepts and proposals, including sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings
- Collaborate with the design team to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing interior design solutions
- Source and select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories that align with the project vision
- -prepare detailed design documentation including specifications and project timelines
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
- Provide support throughout the construction and installation phases
- Research industry trends and best practices to enhance design offerings
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work proactively in a team environment
Ideal Candidate
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- 1+ years of relevant experience in interior design or architecture studio
- Must have experience in corporate office projects
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent spatial awareness, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the design team and clients
- Able to multi-task, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work proactively in a team environment
