This role focuses on end-to-end procurement coordination, stakeholder management, compliance, and process improvement while working closely with business units, finance, legal, and vendor management teams. Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end contractor procurement and workforce support activities by collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient hiring, compliance, and documentation processes.
- Partner with business unit leaders and finance teams to understand contractor hiring requirements, budgets, and project timelines
- Manage contractor hiring requests, contract reviews, and procurement activities while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation including SOWs, RFPs, purchase orders, contract summaries, and requisition records
- Coordinate with finance, legal, and vendor management teams to resolve issues, support vendor onboarding, and accelerate approval workflows
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline procurement operations, reduce turnaround times, and improve documentation quality
Candidate Profile
Bring strong procurement, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination experience with the ability to manage contractor support processes accurately, efficiently, and compliantly within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proven experience in procurement, contractor hiring, workforce support, or vendor management within a corporate setting
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across business units, finance, legal, and vendor management teams
- Excellent knowledge of procurement documentation, compliance requirements, and contractor onboarding procedures
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Demonstrated ability to improve procurement workflows, maintain accurate records, and support operational efficiency initiatives
