Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform full cycle of procurement activities including preparing purchase order, price negotiation & etc.
  • Issue and follow up purchasing order and invoice
  • Responsible for handling data entry and filing system
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to team
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by department manager

Job Requirements

  • Form 5/HKDSE or above
  • At least 1 -3 year clerical experience in purchasing (Construction/Engineering/Metal preferred).
  • Knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, and Chinese Word processing
  • Proficiency in PC applications and ERP knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • Fresh Graduate applicants will also be considered
