We are seeking an experienced Technology Risk Manager to join our banking client in Hong Kong. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about tech risk management in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee technology risk management frameworks and policies.
- Perform risk assessments on IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and mitigate technology risks.
- Ensure compliance with local and global regulatory standards, including HKMA guidelines.
- Investigate technology-related incidents and recommend corrective actions to strengthen controls.
- Prepare risk review reports and present actionable insights to senior management.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in technology risk management within banking or financial institutions.
- Strong knowledge of HKMA Supervisory Policy Manuals, Cyber Resilience Assessment Framework (C-RAF), and related regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with IT governance, risk assessment methodologies, and control frameworks (e.g., NIST, COBIT, ISO 27001).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and analytical mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
