SRI MATRIX CONSTRUCTION was registered with the registry of business as sole-proprietor on 25th April 2003 with its working partner. During early years, the company was mainly involved in Labor Contract and minor Civil Works. 

The company has expanded steadily to include a full range of construction works such has earth works, road works, drainage, sewerage, waterway, slope protection & shore protection. 

The company is managed by experienced and qualified personnel in various areas of the construction industry thus ensuring the smooth operation of project. Due to the tremendous increased in work, the proprietor decided to branch out a new company to carry out a complete construction work. 

As and on 21st February 2008. SRI MATRIX CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD stepped up the business.
