Responsibilities :

• Responsible for overall project management including but not limited not to planning, coordination, implementation, execution and successful completion of project.

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects and exercise a high level of independent judgment in the conduct of business responsibility with minimal supervision.

• Responsible for handover of properties to purchasers satisfactorily and post completion matters.

• Liaison with the relevant authorities to obtain approvals timely.

• Conduct design reviews, closely monitor and coordinate with consultants on their deliverables. Resolve all technical issues.

• Manage all aspects of the contract and construction progress.

• Manage activities of site personnel to ensure project delivered on schedule and within quality and budget expectation.

• Review of legal documentations such as SPA, DMC, etc. and resolve relevant legal matters.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including Architects, Interior Designer, Consultants, Specialists, Contractors, Sub-Contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless execution

• Provide regular reports and feedbacks to the management timely

Requirements :

• Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.

• At least 15 years of working experience in property development industry / related fields

• Excellent knowledge of relevant Acts and authority guidelines governing property development.

• Completed the construction of a high-rise building project from beginning till the end

• High level of initiative, hands-on and able to work independently

• Good networking and communication skills with ability to interact with people at all levels.

• Able to work under high challenging environment independently.

• Good leadership and meticulous in driving high standards of work.

• Strong command in languages.

• Direct reporting to HOD and MD

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Lead the accounts team that covers wide spectrum of finance functions; management and financial accounting, commercial, contract management, plant accounting, inventory control, credit control, capital spending;
  • Manage and review full set of accounts of 5 to 6 related companies.
  • To prepare audit schedules for year-end audit and tax submission.
  • To carry out monthly tasks including monthly profit and loss, including compilation & finalization of monthly accounts for monthly Finance Department meeting.
  • To analyze company financial status and budget planning exercise periodically.
  • To lead and supervise subordinates for continuous work improvement & efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Preferably someone with Audit background
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • High integrity, excellent work ethics, and a strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and discipline
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with a positive attitude

Responsibilities:

• Identify business trends and marketing opportunities that can improve the various hotels performance under PPHG to the Director of Sales.
• Continuously solicit for new business that expands our client base using action plans focused on the market segment identified by the Director of Sales.
• Prospecting and growing an account list, handling incoming leads and closing sales.
• Plan, execute and follow-up on sales trips as approved.
• Work closely with other sales associates and calling in on important customers and establishing multiple levels of contacts within the customer’s organization.
• Participate in the sales meetings by sharing latest market trends and new business development opportunities and activities.
• Practice professional account qualification on a consistent basis (i.e., measure budget needs, date flexibility, space requirement, competitive information etc.).
• Attend tradeshows, travel functions, major business functions or as required/directed by the Director of Sales.
• Organizes familiarization of hotels and their facilities with clients and potential ones.
• Responsible for an assigned sales target in accordance to industry segmentation - Work closely with each salesperson and identify opportunities and ways to maximize and exceed personal and team revenue goals.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Senior Sales Manager or Sales Manager (Corporate & MICE) .
• Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Familiarity of sales performance metrics.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
• Ability to address and solve revenue challenges within the brands
• Solid negotiation and presentation skills
