Accountabilities:

Our dynamic team is looking for a technical business analyst who can contribute to the modernization of our student information system. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to decouple the existing student information system, implement cloud-native solutions, and ensure the development of a highly scalable and reliable student information system. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business analysis, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for the student information system modernization. Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document detailed technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Development and Implementation: Utilize the OutSystems low-code platform for development, translating crystallized requirements into scalable and efficient solutions. Implement cloud-native architecture, ensuring the system meets high standards of reliability and scalability.
• End-User Engagement: Work closely with end users to understand their needs, gather feedback, and incorporate user perspectives into the development and enhancement process.
• Project Management: Collaborate with the business analysis team and development team to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure that projects adhere to best practices, standards, and are delivered within the specified timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Relevant experience in technical business analysis and development using low-code platforms (OutSystems experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams.
