• Works jointly with the Deputy Chief in the planning, development, and execution of training programs, policies, and procedures in support of the 1st Armored Division (1AD) and Fort Bliss training units.
• Serves as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for procurement of a variety of training products and services for training programs which affects, to a considerable extent, contractors' operations.
