Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the maintenance and testing of fire protection system facilities, organizing fire protection system testing and maintenance work; promoting the implementation and execution of fire safety management systems, fire management processes, and fire safety work plans.
2. Responsible for organizing contract signing, maintenance plan development, maintenance document archiving, collection, and communication of fire protection system maintenance issues.
3. Responsible for the follow-up investigation, rectification, and optimization of abnormal fire protection system conditions.
4. Organize and manage various fire protection systems and fire emergency rescue equipment to ensure their normal operation.
5. Responsible for the review of fire protection professional drawings for new and operational buildings, testing and problem identification of new building fire protection systems, and acceptance.
6. Implement fire safety inspections, supervise, and identify fire hazards, carry out rectification work and progress, handle hot work operations, on-site safety protection measures, pre- and post-hot work inspections, and issue "hot work permits."
7. Organize and participate in fire protection system testing, understand the status of fire protection systems, test the integrity of various functions, and ensure their availability.
8. Maintain and ensure the normal operation of the CMS system (directly linked to BOMBA) and conduct regular inspections.
9. Responsible for building fire protection work, ensuring timely receipt of fire-related reports for testing, maintenance, etc., and meeting legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining necessary documents and records.
Qualifications:
1. Associate degree or higher level in fire protection, electronic information engineering, electrical engineering and automation, or related majors, with 3-5 years of work experience.
2. Experience in fire-related work in data centers or large-scale fire protection key enterprises.
3. Familiar with local fire-related laws and regulations, fire safety knowledge, and local fire and safety requirements and rules, and able to communicate flexibly with BOMBA on fire and related issues.
4. Familiar with mainstream fire protection brands, understanding of system logic programming, and familiar with various fire protection systems and their maintenance, abnormal states, faults, and timely handling of operational risks.
5. Experience in fire professional design, construction, and local fire acceptance.
6. Ability to independently judge fire protection systems and fire safety hazards, good teamwork skills, and the ability to investigate and analyze professional issues.
7. Strong interest in emerging fire-related matters, fire safety, and new fire products, with a sense of honor and responsibility for fire protection positions.
8. Familiar with and understand local fire, safety supervision, inspection, acceptance requirements, and actively participate and cooperate.
9. Adaptability to short-term business trips and work arrangements.
