- Identify customers' needs and wants.

- Installation & Commissioning of equipment sold
- Conduct training for customers on product application and operations
- Provide after sales technical backup
- Proven working experience in retail sales.
- Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Computer literate with good communication & interpersonal skill
- Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation as and when required
