Responsibilities:
- Identifying and targeting potential clients within the interior design industry.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through research, networking, and outreach.
- Able to meet client to determine design requirement, needs, present design idea & prepare quotation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including architects, developers, and contractors.
- Conduct presentations and consultations to showcase our services and capabilities.
- Excellent time management skill and able to meet tight deadlines and management skill.
- Able to do research on material, design effect, cost and prepare specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
- Handle enquiry and prepare quotation to client, negotiate contracts and packages.
- Collaborate with our interior design team to create custom solutions for clients.
- Strong sense of responsibilities, highly energized, independent, pleasant personality and a good attitude.
Requirements:
- 5 Years+ of progressive business development, sales, experience in the construction and/or Fit out and Joinery.
- Diploma / Degree & or Business Degree in Sales / Marketing major and / or equivalent work experience.
- Strong interpersonal skill & passionate in learning.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be self-motivated and self-improvement.
- Relevant Experience in Interior Fit Out Company is an added advantage.
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, introductory meetings, sales presentations, production of proposals/tender responses, agreement of commercial terms, contract negotiations, planning and implementation.
